Our Kembla Grange facility is designed to support efficient industrial coating projects from start to finish. The workshop is well equipped with overhead cranes, drive-through access for semi-trailers, and ample operational space to keep materials moving efficiently through every stage of the process, from delivery and abrasive blasting through to coating and dispatch.
The facility includes a dedicated blast chamber, a dedicated wet paint area, and ample laydown space for staging, storage and workflow management. This enables efficient handling of fabricated steel and components while supporting smooth project sequencing and minimising unnecessary handling throughout the coating process.
To support both workshop and site operations, we also utilise a pick-and-carry crane that provides excellent lifting capability and manoeuvrability in confined or fast-paced environments, along with a flatbed crane truck for the efficient transport and delivery of coated steel and project materials. Together, this equipment allows us to safely manage material handling, logistics and lifting requirements across both on-site workshop conditions and active project sites.
